Contraindications, Safety Data

Possible skin irritant to sensitive people. Presence of delta3-carene, can cause oil to become strong skin sensitizer in old or oxidized oil. Do not use this oil internally! External use only. Do not use on the skin full strength. Always dilute in appropriate carriers before use. Use in small amounts.

A very stimulating and aggressive oil. According to K. Schnaubelt, a blend of black spruce, cedar (atlas) and peppermint applied to the body after shower will mimic the effects of morning coffee for several hours.
